Can You help me migrate my website from another provider to your server?
Yes, once you have made your first automatic payment we will migrate your site over to our servers at no additional cost. Then we can get to business perfecting it for you.
What if I need to cancel or discontinue my service with GRO Dandy?
No problem, we understand how business works and we are here to make your life easier, not harder. We can provide you with a backup copy of your website at no cost to you. Or, for $200 we can help you migrate it to another provider. To do so you will need to set up an account with the other host provider, pay for a hosting plan, and then provide us with access to your account to make the migration.
What if my site has plugins that are causing problems on the site?
Then we should uninstall them and find a suitable alternative. There are thousands of plugins and many alternatives that likely perform a similar function to the one causing the problem.

Do I need to give you my username and password to my existing host provider or WordPress backend?
You can, but there is a better way! Many of them offer delegate access which is easier as it doesn’t require us to get a one-time code from you when we try to log in. When circumstances permit please delegate access to freetogro@grodandy.com so that we have our own login credentials without compromising yours.
How do I contact support?

Can I upgrade or downgrade from one level to another?
Yes, just let us know what works best for you. We’ll work to make it happen. You are free to gro.
Do you host other types of website than WordPress?
I’m afraid not. If your website is built in a different language and you would like us to host it, then we will need to provide you with a quote for what it would cost to rebuild the site in a WordPress format. You’d be surprised at how many of our clients have done this and are so grateful for having done so. WordPress is the Jam!
Can your team build a website for me from scratch?
